Coaching Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to paid coaching engagements. The free 20-minute clarity call is not a paid service and carries no obligation on either side.
1. Session format & duration
- Coaching sessions are typically 60 minutes unless otherwise agreed, and take place via Google Meet (or another agreed platform).
- You'll receive a calendar invite with the meeting link in advance.
2. Fees & payment
- The Land the Role programme is six 60-minute sessions for £1,000. Packages are paid in full upfront, before the first session.
- Add-on sessions are £200 per hour.
- Payment is made in advance using the payment link provided after your clarity call.
- All prices are in GBP and include any applicable taxes.
3. Booking, rescheduling & cancellations
- Sessions are booked using the scheduling link provided to you.
- You may reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice using the link in your booking confirmation email.
- No-show or late-cancelled sessions (less than 24 hours' notice) are non-refundable.
- If you have not joined within 10 minutes of the scheduled start time, the session is treated as a no-show and is non-refundable. Sessions end at the scheduled time regardless of a late start.
- Emergencies are considered case by case.
4. Confidentiality & data handling
- All sessions are private and confidential.
- Notes or information shared will not be disclosed without your consent, unless legally required.
- For select sessions, AI-generated notes and transcriptions may be recorded using Gemini or similar tools. These are used solely for note-taking and shared only with participants. By joining, you consent to audio transcription for the purpose of creating written notes. You are welcome to opt out at any time, including during a session.
- Your personal data is processed in line with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018: it is used only to deliver coaching services, stored securely, never shared with third parties for marketing, and deleted on request. See the Privacy Policy for full detail.
5. Your responsibility
- Coaching is a collaborative process — you are responsible for your own actions, decisions, and progress.
- Your commitment, reflection, and follow-through determine your results.
6. Scope of service
- Coaching is not therapy, counselling, legal advice, or financial advice.
- If deeper psychological or medical issues arise, I may recommend you seek appropriate support.
7. Session expiry (packages)
- Session packages do not expire, though I recommend using them within three to six months to get the most value.
- Unused sessions are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person with written notice.
8. Ending the engagement
- Either party may end the coaching relationship at any time.
- If coaching is ended before any package sessions have been used, a full refund is issued, minus a small administration fee.
- No refunds are issued for used sessions, except at my discretion.
9. Your statutory rights
- Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer. If you are a consumer buying at a distance, you normally have 14 days from the date of purchase to cancel and receive a refund. Where you ask for coaching to begin within that period, you may be charged for any sessions already delivered.
10. Contact between sessions
- Brief email or message support is available between sessions for quick check-ins or updates.
- For anything in depth, please bring it to the next session.
By booking a paid session, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.
